The Certificate Program is a year round opportunity to earn credit toward your tuition. Details for the '10-11 school year have not been finalized.

Participation is easy!  An order form will be sent home with your child every Friday like the one at the bottom of this page. Select from over 50 retail stores and restaurants.  They’re the same gift certificates that you purchase in stores.

The wonderful thing about our certificate program is that you put the regular household shopping dollars to work for you.  The money you earn is applied to your fundraising fee. These certificates can be used for just about any household purchase including food, clothing, entertainment, gasoline, and even dinning out.

All orders are placed on Tuesday by 9:00am. Completed forms and payment can be dropped at the school or returned with your child in the orange-labeled envelopes on Tuesday.  Fulfilled orders will be sent home with your child in this envelope on Thursday.  If local merchant certificates only are being ordered such as Giant Eagle, Community Market, Shop N Save, Town Drug, Labriola’s, or the Aspinwall Bookshop, they will be sent home that day.  During the school year, local merchant certificates may be purchased daily at the school office until 2:30.  In addition, a limited supply of selected retail stores and restaurants such as Wendy’s, Panera, and gas cards are available at the school office.

The current fund raising fee for the 2009/2010 school year is $400.00. This fee is fulfilled by participation in the Certificate Program. Families earn the percentage identified on the Certificate order form as credit toward the Fund Raising Fee.  Any portion of the Fund Raising Fee not completed by March 31, 2010 will be considered “unpaid tuition” and added to the final tuition payment.  Below are a few examples of purchases and the credit given toward your fund raising fee. - Printable Form

Our certificate program is in the process of becoming eco-friendly.  Small steps are being taken to use less paper. The certificate order form and a complete list of all available certificates (link) are on our school website, www.cdtcatholic.org..  Hard copies of the order form are available at the school office. It is our hope to eliminate order forms and run the program via email.  Thank you for your patience!
