The goals of the athletic program are to provide students with an opportunity to learn group accomplishment skills, teamwork and sportsmanship, and to develop individual physical skills in a sport.

Every interested student can participate, provided parents sign a registration form and provide the appropriate parent and physician releases. No student may begin practice without having registration and release forms turned in. Only one parent release and one physician release is needed for all sports.

REGISTRATIONS

Registrations should be mailed / dropped off at the school office (athletic mail box) 

FALL - Cross Country and soccer registrations must be submitted by August 23, 2010

WINTER  - Basketball by October 15th, 2010 and Little Dribblers before January 6, 2010 

SPRING - Soccer by March 15th, 2011

 
Please make checks payable to CDTCA Athletic Association.

You are welcome to write a check for all sports that your child participates in, or you may pay separately. Please include your e-mail address when returning the registrations.  Refer to the school web site and check your e-mail regularly so that we can have a successful program.
