Athletics
The CDTCA Athletic Association is an association of parents of all students who participate in school-sponsored athletic programs. The Association reports to the Chairman of the school’s Advisory Board.
The Association plans and implements programs:
- in coed SOCCER for fall and spring seasons
- in boys and girls BASKETBALL during the winter months
- with off-campus responsibility for fall CROSS COUNTRY
The goals of the athletic program are to provide students with an opportunity to learn group accomplishment skills, teamwork and sportsmanship, and to develop individual physical skills in a sport.
Every interested student can participate, provided parents sign a registration form and provide the appropriate parent and physician releases. No student may begin practice without having registration and release forms turned in. Only one parent release and one physician release is needed for all sports.
